1. Age and nearby communication
YoMilo is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 to use it.
YoMilo provides foreground communication with approved people nearby. Both phones need compatible YoMilo builds, Google Play services, enabled Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, appropriate permissions and subscription access. Range and delivery depend on devices and surroundings. Messages do not relay through strangers. YoMilo is not an emergency communication service. Live voice calls, GPS/assisted location, live location and the dedicated place-sharing feature are disabled in version 0.8.7. Voice-note attachments remain available.

2. Subscription and 15-day trial
App use requires a monthly or annual Google Play subscription. Both plans include the available communication, organization, media and appearance features. An eligible new subscriber receives a 15-day trial only when Google Play includes it in the selected offer. The trial starts after Play confirms the subscription, not on installation or intro completion. It is not a new trial for each plan, reinstall or device.

Google Play shows the full localized recurring price and billing period before you confirm. During a 15-day trial there is no subscription charge; after 15 days the first full charge applies for your selected monthly or annual plan. The subscription automatically renews until cancelled. Cancel in Google Play before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before the next renewal to avoid that renewal. Payment-method verification or temporary authorizations may appear. If Play offers no trial, the paid plan charges when you subscribe; the app labels that offer accordingly.

Pending payment does not grant access. Cancellation may leave access until the current trial or paid period ends, as reported by Google Play. Restore with the same Google Play account. Applicable Google Play refund and cancellation rules apply without limiting statutory rights. Deleting app data or uninstalling does not cancel the subscription.

3. Offline access and access loss
Nearby communication works without internet while access is valid. Purchasing, restoring and checking access may require internet. A successful Play check permits up to 24 hours of offline app use within the same device boot, including app restarts. After that window or a device reboot, connect to Google Play to check again. An authoritative successful query showing no qualifying purchase removes access immediately. Unsupported, pending or suspended purchases do not grant access.

If access ends, app communication and other use stop until access is restored. Local identity/history are preserved. Subscription management, legal documents and Delete all local data and identity remain accessible. No installation-based entitlement or local free trial is provided.

Authorised app reviewers can use a separately issued, digitally signed review credential. This grants the same available features without a purchase or free trial, does not create Play ownership, and is labelled as review access. It does not provide access to another user's data. The credential is stored only in authenticated encrypted, app-private no-backup storage and is removed by Remove review access, local data deletion or uninstalling. No review sign-in account or messaging backend is created.

4. Your identity, data and conduct
Approve your contacts, compare connection codes and verify safety numbers independently. A nickname is not proof of identity. Keep your device secure. Do not share abusive, unlawful, infringing or non-consensual content. Recipients control delivered copies; deletion and expiry cannot guarantee erasure from their devices, screenshots, exports or recordings.

Messages, files and identities are stored on your device. Uninstalling or deleting local data permanently destroys local history and identity continuity. No identity backup or recovery is provided. The Privacy Policy explains local processing, third-party services, retention and deletion. The developer does not operate a chat server or remotely retrieve your conversations.

5. Google Play updates
YoMilo automatically checks for compatible updates from Google Play while in the foreground. You can defer an update or approve its download. A downloaded update asks you to restart; active nearby connections end during restart while saved local data remains. Updates require Google Play availability and internet connectivity.

6. Acceptance and changes
Read the Privacy Policy and this agreement before subscribing. Acceptance is recorded locally by version and is separate from Play ownership and chat identity. Updated material terms may require renewed acceptance. No security-audit certification or guaranteed radio range/delivery is claimed.

YoMilo is the new name of NearChat. The Android package remains com.codefoundry.nearchat; existing local identity, history and Google Play subscriptions continue with the same app. This branding update does not start another free trial.
