QuickStallFor Android

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

QuickStall is designed to keep as much application and business information on your device as reasonably possible. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Information Stored on the Device

QuickStall may store configured products, prices and discounts, inventory, orders and order history, payment and delivery status, optional order Custom IDs, business and regional settings, UPI or payment configuration, imported merchant QR images, device-pairing and synchronization state, backup settings, and a locally protected paid-access tier. Paid-access records may include separately verified legacy lifetime and Pro-subscription product identifiers, non-reversible purchase-token hashes, verification and clock timing used to limit temporary offline access, and a protected subscription base-plan hint and automatic-renewal state when available. A separate authenticated record may store only that this installation previously held verified paid access so saved Order History can remain visible after a downgrade. That record grants visibility only; neither it nor a base-plan hint grants a paid tier or paid processing. An optional Custom ID is generic text chosen by the user, stored with the order, and may contain a name, phone number, token number, table number or another reference. Purchase tokens, the protected paid-access cache and the stored-data-visibility record are not included in QuickStall backups. Legal acceptance is stored locally in application preferences.

Appearance choices and tutorial progress stay on this phone. They are not sent to paired devices or included in QuickStall backups, Android cloud backup or device transfer. Tutorial illustrations use demonstration data and do not create orders, payments or purchases.

The last in-app update reminder time stays on this phone and is excluded from business synchronization, QuickStall backups, Android cloud backup and device transfer.

3. Data Sent Off the Device

Google Play Billing exchanges product, offer, purchase, subscription-status and paid-access information with Google Play when the app starts or returns to the foreground, reconnects, or you view Pro, subscribe, change billing plans, refresh or restore purchase status. QuickStall queries the Pro subscription and legacy lifetime products separately. Manage subscription opens Google Play's page for the QuickStall Pro product. Expired paid synchronization also requests ownership refresh. The protected entitlement cache, base-plan hint, stored-data-visibility record and verification timing remain on this device and are excluded from backups and device transfer. Optional Google Drive backup uses Google authorization and sends a QuickStall backup, which may include orders and Custom IDs, to the private application-data area of the Google account you select. Password-protected cloud backups are encrypted by QuickStall before upload. Google-account-only backups do not add user-held QuickStall encryption and rely primarily on Google account authorization, Drive protections, the private application-data area and QuickStall integrity checks. Nearby Connections uses Google Play services and local wireless technologies to discover, authenticate and synchronize paired QuickStall devices, including order Custom IDs when device sync is enabled. Android and Google services may process technical information as needed to provide those services.

Google Play in-app updates check application update availability and installation status when Home opens or you choose Check for updates in Settings. Google Play handles the update download and installation after your consent and processes device metadata, application version and the list of installed modules and asset packs to determine update availability and size. QuickStall does not send orders, Custom IDs, payment configuration or backups through the update API.

QuickStall does not request phone, contacts or SMS permissions and does not automatically read or collect phone numbers. A user may choose to type a phone number or other identifying information into an order's generic Custom ID field. QuickStall does not include an application-operated analytics, advertising or tracking service.

Receipt preview is generated locally from the selected saved order. Choosing Share sends the displayed receipt text to the application you select. Choosing Print / PDF passes a generated receipt document to Android's print system and your selected print service or PDF destination. It includes order items, prices, discounts, currency, time, order reference, origin label and recorded payment balance. Custom ID is excluded by default and included only when selected in the preview. Those destinations may retain or transmit the receipt under their own policies. QuickStall does not automatically upload receipts or add a customer database.

Optional product barcodes, categories, favorites and low-stock thresholds are stored with the catalog and included in business backups and authorized Billing Device synchronization. A keyboard-style scanner supplies text input locally; QuickStall does not use the camera or an external barcode lookup service. The selected interface language is device-local and is not included in business synchronization or portable backups. No loyalty profiles or customer contact database are maintained.

4. Payments

UPI or payment-link transactions are completed using your selected payment or banking application or provider. QuickStall does not operate a banking or payment-processing service. QuickStall Pro subscriptions and preserved legacy purchases use Google Play Billing.

Google Play also manages any eligible 15-day subscription free trial, including eligibility and payment-method verification. QuickStall reads the eligible offers returned by Google Play; it does not store a local trial start/end date, use device identifiers to determine trial eligibility, or collect payment-method details. Trial subscriptions use the same protected entitlement verification and backup exclusions as paid subscriptions.

5. Backups

Local backup files and order-history CSV exports you create may contain QuickStall business information, including Custom IDs, order-origin device identifiers and labels, and payment and delivery state. Store and share them carefully. QuickStall records CSV-imported orders as history-only and preserves that designation in later backups and synchronized Billing history. Google Drive backup is optional and kept in the application's private Google Drive data area. Password-protected cloud backups are encrypted by QuickStall before upload; Google-account-only backups are not described as end-to-end encrypted. Google account authorization is handled by Google services.

6. Local Connectivity

When you enable device synchronization, paired QuickStall devices may exchange device identity, products, inventory, orders (including Custom IDs and payment/delivery state), payment configuration and synchronization metadata over encrypted local connections. Nearby permissions are requested only when required for discovery or connection. Removing a paired device revokes its saved relationship but does not replace your responsibility to secure the devices you use.

Pending device removal retains a local pairing credential only for removal-control and connection-liveness messages, not business synchronization. After a five-minute grace period, the next active removal cleanup discards that local credential even if the other device has not acknowledged removal.

Cached delivery orders remain after unpairing until you choose to clear them. Clear orders from unpaired devices deletes the confirmed order copies, their line items and unsent accept or delivery updates from that Delivery Device only. Billing records, other phones, backups and removal-security records are not deleted by this action. Devices that are merely offline or disconnected remain protected; pairing and syncing again may restore local copies.

7. Third-Party Services

QuickStall currently integrates Google Play Billing, Google Play in-app updates, Google Play services Nearby Connections, and Google authorization and Drive services for optional cloud backup. Their handling of information is governed by Google's applicable policies and your device or account settings.

8. Security

QuickStall uses reasonable safeguards, including Android application storage, protected local synchronization and encryption of password-protected cloud-backup content. Google-account-only backups do not add QuickStall end-to-end encryption. No application, wireless link, account or device-storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as QuickStall, its supported features or applicable requirements change. A material legal update may be presented for acknowledgement again.

10. Contact
