Terms of Use
1. About QuickStall
QuickStall is a billing, order-management and point-of-sale assistance application intended to help shops, stalls, kiosks and similar businesses manage everyday transactions.
2. Use of the Application
You are responsible for ensuring that information entered into QuickStall, including products, prices, discounts, quantities, business information and payment details, is accurate. QuickStall is an operational aid and should not be treated as the sole record for accounting, taxation, statutory compliance or business continuity.
Sales receipts reproduce the saved order, discounts and merchant-recorded payment balance. They are not tax invoices or proof of bank settlement. The Today overview groups visible, non-imported orders by their creation date and recorded currency; later edits or payments can change those totals. It is not a cash-closing ledger, and the Free history preview can limit the orders included. Verify statutory records independently.
You can preview and share a receipt, or use Android Print to save it as PDF or choose a printer supported by an installed print service. Review the destination and receipt contents before sending. Custom ID is excluded unless you choose to include it. Printer availability and output depend on your phone, printer and print service.
A keyboard-style barcode scanner can add a matching product to the current draft when its input ends with Enter. Check the product, quantity and total before saving; scanning does not record payment. Repeat as new sale prepares a new draft using available current products, prices and stock, without copying payment or Custom ID. Restock thresholds are advisory; stock is changed only through the existing inventory and authoritative sale workflows.
QuickStall may allow you to enter an optional Custom ID or reference for an order, such as a name, token, table number, phone number or other short reference. QuickStall does not require customer personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriate use of any information you choose to enter.
3. Payments and UPI
QuickStall records the payment status selected for an order and may allow you to choose Pay Later for an order or for an additional amount due after an order is edited. Such amounts are recorded as Pending Payment until you mark payment as received. Payment status shown in QuickStall is a record-keeping aid; you remain responsible for confirming whether payment has actually been received and for verifying it against the applicable bank, UPI application or payment provider where necessary. Reopening a pending order or using Scan & Pay does not itself prove settlement.
QuickStall may allow you to edit previously created orders, including changes to items, quantities and order totals. You are responsible for reviewing the updated order and confirming that the recorded transaction reflects the actual sale. Where an edited paid order has an increased total, QuickStall may calculate the additional amount due from the amount previously recorded as paid. You remain responsible for verifying actual receipt of that additional payment through the applicable banking, UPI or payment service.
Item discounts apply per unit before any overall order discount. Percentage and flat-amount discounts reduce the amount payable. Catalog changes apply to new orders; existing order lines retain their saved prices and item discounts. You are responsible for checking the final amount before confirming a sale or an order edit.
If an edited order total becomes lower than the amount previously recorded as paid, QuickStall does not automatically process or issue a refund. Any refund, credit or adjustment remains your responsibility through the applicable payment method or business process.
QuickStall may generate or display payment information and UPI QR codes. QuickStall does not itself process, settle or guarantee UPI or banking transactions. Confirm successful receipt through the applicable bank, UPI application or payment provider before treating an order as paid.
4. Data and Backups
QuickStall stores application and transaction information locally on your device. Maintain appropriate backups using the facilities in the application. Device failure, accidental deletion, application removal, clearing app data, operating-system changes or storage corruption may result in data loss. Orders imported from CSV remain Primary-managed historical records; preserved delivery or origin labels do not create live delivery instructions or give a Secondary Billing Device authority to update payment. Editing an imported historical record remains an archival correction and does not collect payment, change live inventory or create delivery work.
5. Local Device Connectivity
Local device communication and synchronization depend on device availability, Android permissions, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or other local wireless conditions, and Google or Android system services. QuickStall may track payment and delivery status independently; a delivered order may still have an outstanding payment. If you edit delivery quantities after physical delivery, QuickStall may show signed instructions to deliver additional items or recover items. You are responsible for verifying the physical handover or recovery. Inventory is adjusted when the authoritative order edit is saved and does not wait for a Delivery Device acknowledgement or completion. Verify important information when relying on synchronized data.
Removing a saved device blocks business synchronization on this installation immediately. If the other device remains unavailable, it may retain a stale saved entry; remove that entry before pairing the devices again.
Unpairing does not automatically clear cached delivery orders. On a Delivery Device, Clear orders from unpaired devices permanently removes the confirmed local copies and their unsent accept or delivery updates. It does not cancel an order, complete a delivery, or change Billing Order History, stock or another phone. Check unfinished deliveries with the shop before clearing. Offline or manually disconnected devices remain paired and are not eligible. Pairing again and synchronizing may download the orders again.
6. Software Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep QuickStall reliable and functional, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Device hardware, Android updates, third-party services or circumstances outside the developer's control may affect functionality.
Google Play may offer optional in-app updates. Downloads can continue while you use QuickStall; finish open bills and unsaved changes before choosing Restart to update. Restarting may briefly interrupt device connections. Update availability depends on Google Play and your device.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, QuickStall, including loss of business, profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount paid by the user for QuickStall. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. User Responsibility
You remain responsible for verifying transactions and payments, checking the accuracy and appropriate use of customer or order references, maintaining appropriate business records and backups, and complying with applicable tax, accounting and legal requirements.
9. Paid Features and Purchases
QuickStall currently offers one paid product through Google Play: QuickStall Pro - Full Unlock. Pro is an automatically renewing subscription with monthly and annual billing plans. Both plans grant the same Full Unlock features: unlimited items and tracked inventory, complete Order History, CSV import and export, Billing Device Sync, Google Drive cloud-backup creation and automatic backup, and shop-side Delivery Sync. The Delivery Device itself does not need a purchase.
Google Play displays the applicable localized price, currency, tax, billing period and any eligible offer before you subscribe. Unless you cancel, Google Play charges the selected monthly or annual plan at each renewal. Future price changes, notices and any required consent are handled through Google Play under its applicable terms and policies. QuickStall does not promise that a previously displayed price will remain available.
Eligible customers may receive a Google Play-managed 15-day free trial on the monthly or annual plan. Google Play determines eligibility, verifies the payment method, and manages trial start, expiry and conversion. Full Unlock is available during an active verified trial. No subscription charge applies during the trial, although Google Play may place a temporary payment-method verification hold. Unless you cancel through Google Play before the trial ends, the selected plan begins charging at the displayed localized recurring price and renews automatically. QuickStall does not create a local trial or reset eligibility after reinstalling or changing plans.
You can use Manage subscription in QuickStall or Google Play's subscription settings to review, change, cancel or resubscribe. Uninstalling QuickStall does not cancel the subscription. Cancelling automatic renewal stops a future renewal and keeps Full Unlock through the remaining trial or already-paid period while Google Play continues to report the subscription as entitled. For a change between monthly and annual billing, Google Play charges the new price at the next billing date and shows the purchase disclosure before confirmation; changing plans does not start another introductory trial.
A pending purchase grants no new paid-feature access until Google Play confirms completion. If a payment is declined but the purchase still appears pending, check its status with Google Play and refresh purchase status in QuickStall after it resolves. Google Play-reported grace-period access remains available while the subscription is entitled. Account hold, suspension and expiry do not retain subscription access. QuickStall cannot cancel or settle a Google Play transaction.
When paid subscription access ends, QuickStall does not delete, truncate or hide existing products, inventory, orders, backups, delivery history or trusted-device records. Existing stored data remains viewable. On an installation that previously held verified paid access, all saved Order History remains available to view; a locally protected record grants only that visibility and does not grant a paid tier or paid processing. Never-paid Free users retain the ordinary Free history preview. A verified lifetime Mid Tier owner falls back to Mid Tier; otherwise the application returns to Free features and limits. Free limits apply to new operations, local backup and restore remain available, and paid-only processing such as unlimited creation, CSV tools, cloud-backup creation, Billing Device Sync and Delivery Device Sync is disabled according to the established access policy.
Existing verified lifetime purchases remain permanent even though they are no longer offered for sale. A verified legacy Full Unlock purchase continues to grant Full access and does not need a Pro subscription. A verified legacy Mid Tier purchase continues to grant Mid access and its owner may subscribe to Pro for Full Unlock. Effective access is resolved in this order: verified lifetime Full Unlock, active verified Pro subscription, verified lifetime Mid Tier, then Free. Lifetime purchases must not be described as subscriptions.
Any price, tax, refund, cancellation or purchase remedy is handled under the applicable Google Play purchase terms and policies. Google Play remains authoritative for subscription and lifetime ownership. QuickStall verifies subscription and legacy purchases independently; a successful empty result for one purchase type does not remove the other. A restored backup, local flag or unverified callback never grants paid access. During temporary connection or verification failures, the corresponding previously verified access is available for less than seven days from its last successful verification. At seven days, or when that verification period cannot be trusted after a device restart or suspicious clock change, that access requires successful verification again. A successful ownership check that confirms a purchase is absent or invalid removes the corresponding access immediately. QuickStall observes changes on the next successful ownership refresh and does not receive real-time server notifications through a QuickStall-operated backend.
